THIS EVENT IS BEING RESCHEDULED IN 2021 DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK.
This one is long-awaited. Ripley has featured prominently in two of the three books I have published to date: Jesse: 53rd Kentucky and Cousins at War. I’ve conducted much on-site research in Ripley and grown to know the library director, Alison Gibson. So I can’t wait to meet some of the local citizenry, see if any of them resemble me in any way (we could be distant cousins), and have some fun imagining Ripley in the 1860s.
I will treasure this opportunity to reach potential readers and maybe even sell a few books.
